WILL THE PRODUCT EXPIRE?

Skin care products can expire. Find the PAO (Period after opening) symbol on the back of the product. The number in front of the M indicates how many months that the product will stay “fresh” after opened .

ARE WOODS_COPENHAGEN PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Besides Lip Repair Balm, which contains natural bee wax, all of our products are vegan. This means that they are not tested on animals, free from genetically modified organisms, animal ingredients and animal byproducts. Instead ingredients are derived from natural plants, herbs and berries full of vitamins, anti-aging actives and essential omegas.

ARE WOODS COPENHAGEN_PRODUCTS ORGANIC AND NATURAL?

Yes. We choose our ingredients for their potent and effective benefits to the skin, their natural Nordic origin and the sustainability of their harvest.

All our products are made from raw, pure and pollution-free natural sources full of anti-aging actives, antioxidants and essential omegas. Because the most powerful ingredients originate from raw nature itself.

Organic ingredients are grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides. These ingredients make products work better due to the fact that they do not contain unnecessary irritants – they will work with your skin instead of against it. Besides the obvious benefits for your body and skin, organic ingredients have less negative environmental impact than those conventionally produced, since fewer chemicals are put into the air and water.

WHAT SKIN TYPES ARE WOODS_ COPENHAGEN PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?

All skin types. However, some products are more suitable for some skin types than others.

Yes. The combination of active ingredients may cause momentary redness.

WHY WATER FROM GREENLAND?

We use water sourced from a natural spring in northern Greenland, uniquely refreshing and untouched by man, where it is tapped without damaging the surrounding nature. The water from this natural spring create space for the additional ingredients by having a low mineral composition and high pH value.

The mineral level or how clean the water is can be measured with TDS (Total dissolved solids). In good drinking water is the mineral value between 150-650. WHO recommend drinking water up to 500 TDS. The mineral level of the water used in our products is less than 50 TDS. A low TDS all ingredients to absorb more effectively into the skin.

The pH value is measured on a scale from 0-14 where 7 is neutral, and lower than 7 is acidic and higher than 7 is alkaline. Drinking water has a pH level at 6-8,5 pH. The body’s pH level is approx. 7,3. During the day a lot of acid is consumed, so the body constantly using energy to balance the pH level. This balancing process is stressing for the body. Water from this spring in the Northern Greenland has a pH level at 9,3. This high pH level makes this water effective to help balance the body’s pH level.

WHAT MATERIALS DOES WOODS_ COPENHAGEN USE FOR PACKAGING?

All packaging made from paper is FSC certified and only sourced from forests operating in environmentally and socially responsible ways. We put as much heart and thought into our packaging as our formulas since it is our goal to be as forrest friendly and kind to earth as possible. As a natural part of our business cycle we continuously strive to reduce our carbon footprint. While 70 per cent of waste from the beauty industry comes from packaging, we aim to choose sustainable and degradable packaging whenever possible.

WHAT IS WOODS_ COPENHAGEN’S APPROACH TO CERTIFICATES?

In our mission to create products with the highest possible percentage of natural and organic products we do not have any certification since each certification company have a list of approved suppliers in compliance with their individual requirements.

WHAT IS WOODS COPENHAGEN'S RETURN POLICY?

You must return your order within 14 days after receiving the order meaning that the order must configure in the delivery system. The products must be in same condition as received with the original packaging. Any products that appear to have been opened and used will be refused.

When you return products, you will have to pay the returning cost yourself.

Upon return of the products, you will receive the money when we’ve had the opportunity to investigate the returned product.

HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

When you want to return a product, you must fill out the return form that you received with your package.

HOW LONG BEFORE I WILL RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK?

Upon return of the products, you will receive the money when we’ve had the opportunity to investigate the returned product. Usually credit card refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your account.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

If you receive a damaged product we need to be notified in written during the warranty period. Please contact us with your order details and pictures of the damaged product.

WHERE DOES WOODS_ COPENHAGEN SHIP?

We currently ships to all countries.

We offer free standard within Denmark. Expected time for delivery will be 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders outside Denmark but within EU, we offer free standard delivery for all orders above 100 euro. For orders outside EU the delivery costs will be XXX.

You can always follow your package’s journey through the tracking number that we’ll send you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

As soon as you have placed your order with us we start processing it. As soon as your package has been shipped you will receive an email with information including tracking number.

PROBLEM WITH TRACKING NUMBER?

Your tracking number will be sent to your email, and if you have registred for a online profile your tracking information will also be able there. If you have problems with your tracking number, please contact us.

HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
