Apply a generous, even layer onto your body before sun exposure (use a handful – about 1.36 fl.oz/40 gram for your whole body). Reapply every 2 hours when in direct sunlight, after toweling, swimming or sweating. Please keep in mind that sunscreen does not provide 100% protection from UV rays. The best protection is to keep out of  direct sunlight between  noon and 3 PM when the sun is at its strongest. Warning: Reducing this quantity will significantly lower the level of  protection.
