Exfoliate

Enrich your skin with woods_ exfoliations
Exfoliating treatments are effective because they contain active ingredients that cleanse the skin’s deepest layers while addressing numerous skin concerns.

Exfoliating products contain intense formulas to effectively treat and prevent impurities, premature signs of aging, enlarged pores, and a dull surface.

A weekly exfoliation can therefore offer the skin various benefits, whether the goal is to refresh the skin, even out skin tone, or combat stubborn impurities.

FAQ

Dry and sensitive skin?

Our Deep Cleansing Scrub is formulated with a soap-free base and enriches the skin with nourishing oils and antioxidants to strengthen the skin’s moisture balance.

Oily and impurity-prone skin?

Exfoliations with BHA areeffective choices to counteract impurities, as BHA dives deep into the skin layers to decongest pores while regulating the skin’s sebum production. OurSkin Perfector 2% BHAis therefore an ideal choice for oily skin types that tend to break out.

Dull skin?

Opt for a vitamin-rich formulation that nourishes and awakens the skin, for example, our Energizing Scrub, which contains both vitamins and Nordic oils.

Uneven surface?

Reach for an exfoliation that cleanses deep within the skin’s pores, such as our Skin Perfector Seboclear or Deep Cleansing Mask, which both enhance an even and glowy appearance by minimizing and preventing impurities and pores.

How to exfoliate?

How often you should exfoliate depends on both your skin type and the specific product you’re using. While a weekly exfoliation can be sufficient for both sensitive and dry skin types, oily skin types can experience the need to exfoliate 1-2 times a week, depending on the skin’s needs.

If you’re using a mild exfoliation, for example, our Skin Perfectors, they can be used daily after gradually building tolerance.

You should always pay attention to the product’s packaging to ensure that you’re not over-using it, as this can lead to irritations and worsen the skin’s condition.

When should I exfoliate?

You should always exfoliate clean and dry/damp skin. It can be highly beneficial to exfoliate during your shower, as the steam will open up the skin for the enriching ingredients.
